Our VIP project works with volunteers helping overcome social isolation and loneliness.  

At the Dalgarno Trust, we have run this successful programme over a number of years and we need someone to coordinate the project.

RBKC has piloted a successful Local Supplier Initiative over the past 15 months, helping small and medium sized businesses, particularly in the built environment, construction and design sector, get access to tender opportunities from major local developers, their contractors and the Council.

We are looking for innovative ideas that enhance the lives of our service users and members of the local communities in which we operate by:

  • Encouraging personal growth within the 5 Ways to Wellbeing

 

Funding Panel

The funding panels sit on a monthly basis the dates and times are determined based on the number of applications received and the availability of our panel members.

 

Who can apply?

We are looking for projects from residents (aged 18+), charities and not-for-profit groups located within the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.

Grants are available to support new and innovative ideas, so we are unable to provide continuation for funding you are already receiving that is due to come to an end.

We are pleased to say it will soon be available to the people of Hammersmith & Fulham as the programme has been funded by Mayor of London and LBHF.

 

How it works

  • You have full control of the content that is yours and the terms of use
  • Requests come to you
  • You decide if the group asking for the items can have them.

 

Members can ask for any item that’s on Comoodle. If what you want isn’t there, you can post on the message boards. People can offer things for free. You can ask for a donation or charge set fees if you are a not-for-profit business or charity.

About Hammersmith & Fulham Save Our NHS

Hammersmith & Fulham Save Our NHS (H&FSON) is a campaigning organisation set up by residents in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, initially to campaign against the downgrading/closure of Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals.

 

Since Charing Cross Hospital has now been saved, H&FSON now campaigns against cuts and privatisation in local community, primary and secondary NHS services and works with other campaign groups in NW London and nationally to protect the NHS as a publicly funded and publicly provided health service free at the point of delivery.
