The aim of the centre is to support people to remain independent and active members of their local community. The centre offers a wide range of activities tailored to suit individual needs and the choices and preferences expressed by individuals lies at the core of what we do.
The service is commissioned by Hammersmith and Fulham Adult Social care to deliver a day care service and a drop in service for older people over the age of 65 living in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The day care service and the drop in services placements come through referrals from the H and F Adult Social Care Team and you can contact them to find out about a placement.

The centre has a lovely garden full of colourful plants and shrubs and we have a vegetable patch both of which we encourage centre use to help out with. If not, you can just sit in the garden and relax.
The centre has a café which offers a nutritional and varied menu and is prepared by a professional catering team on site each day and there are hot and cold drinks available throughout the day.
If you require a special diet for medical, cultural or religious reasons then please advise the staff team who will work with you and the catering team to put this in place for you.
