Hammersmith & Fulham’s main grants programme is called the 3rd Sector Investment Fund (3SIF). It provides 3+ year funding for local groups and services, which contribute to delivering the council’s key priorities and outcomes.
The 3SIF budget is approximately £3.2m a year, and includes funds for the borough’s small grants scheme.

3SIF Co-Production
In 2022, Hammersmith & Fulham council invited the local voluntary and community sector to help shape and inform a 3SIF Strategy. The council wishes to co-produce how 3SIF is applied for, allocated and managed.
1st meeting 21st March 2022:

2nd meeting 7th April 2022
: In April, Sobus held a separate VCS CEO forum to offer further opportunities for local VCS organisations to come together to discuss 3SIF. Notes from that meeting can be found here:
