Providers of Older People’s Services (POPS)
POPS is an initiative to get the voluntary sector in Hammersmith and Fulham working in collaboration with older people’s issues.
Aims of the forum:
- To develop a shared understanding of older people’s issues and use it to influence and shape local strategy and policy
- To work together to increase provider’s capacity and effectiveness in responding to the needs of older people to raise awareness and the profile of older people’s issues across the Borough.

Action on Disability is a local disability information and advice service for disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham
Age UK Hammersmith and Fulham is a local partner of Age UK and it is dedicated to providing essential services for older people in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
The Alzheimer society
Alzheimer’s Society personalisation programme is working to ensure people with dementia have choice and control over their own care and support.
Big Local is a Lottery funded 10 year project which aims to bring together local talent, skills and energy from individuals, groups and organisations to make their area a better place to live and work in.
Bishop Creighton House
Established over 100 years ago, Bishop Creighton House runs services across west London.
British Red Cross
The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They help vulnerable people in the UK and abroad prepare for, withstand and recover from emergencies in their own communities.

The Centre provides a social centre for local people, a drop-in support service, premises for a wide variety of local groups and practitioners.

The Iranian Association
