A huge thanks to all of our funders, sponsors, venues, artists, audiences and volunteers for making this year’s HF ArtsFest the biggest and best yet!

To date, our statistics reveal that in the 9 days of the Festival there were over 800 artists taking part with over 10,000 audience numbers. We also managed to post 79,000 of our printed programme through the letterboxes of every household in the borough! The launch of ‘JOY’ at the Lyric was a huge success and our thanks go to Turtle Key Arts for delivering this fantastic programme. Congratulations to all!

Feedback
We are still collecting feedback, data and statistics from this year’s Festival. So, please help our wonderful Volunteer, Daphne, by completing the questions she sent to all Arts Partners email in June and return by email: events@hf-artsfest.com .

These coding course start in September.  We have decided to extend the catchment to include those living, working and studying in North Kensington, plus any individuals who live slightly outside North Kensington but are interested in the course (applications will be considered on a case by case basis).  We have also extended the deadline for applying to the course to 17th August.  Hopefully this will encourage a wider group to attend the taster session and consider applying for the course.  I would be very grateful if you could pass this information on to anyone you think might be interested.

As usual we are holding the taster sessions Monday at the ClementJames Centre at 6.30pm.

WAND UK would like to invite you to walk with us, crossing the 7 London bridges to raise funds for WAND’s projects. WAND works with women across London, we want all women to be able to benefit from our services. We aim to empower and improve the quality of life of the women we work with. We connect our women and their families, to the community to give them a sense of place and purpose, ending the cycle of isolation, economic and social disadvantages giving them a voice in the community.  WAND supports about 600 women a year and many of those use the Emotional Wellbeing support service.  Whilst we walk across London’s bridges, we will be raising funds for WAND’s Mental and Emotional Wellbeing Project which provides women with support to help them realise their full potential.
