Hope Beyond programme are offering grants of up to £50,000 to churches and Christian charities meeting changing needs within their communities in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. The aim of the grants is to help Christian organisations to tackle issues such as loneliness and isolation, improve mental health and wellbeing and build digital resilience. Sobus is a new Community Development Agency for Hammersmith & Fulham. It has been created through the merger of the Community and Voluntary Sector Association Hammersmith & Fulham (CaVSA) and the Fulham Community Partnership Trust (FCPT).
