Job Description
An opportunity has arisen with Hammersmith and Fulham Mind for a Project Lead to support high intensity users. The post holder will be based at Charing Cross Hospital, A&E department. Working closely with the Frequent Attender Team, the project lead will develop and deliver an enhanced Social Prescription Service over a 12 month period. We are looking for an experienced advisor who is highly competent and dedicated. You must have good negotiation skills, be able to empathise with our service users’ whist still giving impartial advice in a non-judgmental way. You should also be able to deal with challenging situations calmly.
