What does ‘coproduction’ actually mean, and how can it benefit your organisation?
An opportunity to connect with other community organisations, you will hear real-life examples from grassroots organisations, discuss how shared decision-making can strengthen your work, and understand how to spot and challenge tokenistic engagement. We will also hear from the LBHF Coproduction Team about their experiences, challenges, and future plans.
Suitable for staff, volunteers, managers, and community leaders, whether you are new to coproduction or already using collaborative approaches.
