Minds United Sports Club CIC would like to invite local community organisations to attend a brainstorming meeting on 22 June 2026, 12:00-2 pm at 196 Freston Road, W10 6TT to help plan and orchestrate our upcoming Skills & Network Event.
This meeting aims to bring organisations together to share ideas, shape the event, and explore how we can work collectively to create something meaningful, useful, and accessible for the local community. We would like as many organisations as possible to be involved in the planning process so the event reflects the needs, strengths, and opportunities across our community.
The agenda for the brainstorming meeting will include discussion around:
- Aim of the event
- Demographic reach
- Entertainment
- Information to be shared
- Stalls, tables, and booths
- Food and drink
- Interactive activities
- Venue and outdoor space
- Time and date of the event
