Due to the pandemic, many people have heard terms like ‘power of attorney’ and ‘do not resuscitate’ for the first time.
Carers Network has organized an online event for Hammersmith and Fulham carers during Carers Week on Thursday 10 June from 6pm-7:30pm where they will provide more information and talk about the specialist support their End of Life Carers Project offers to people looking after a family member or friends towards the end of their life. The event will be hosted by Cllr. Ben Coleman, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care.
