Organisations working to end violence against women and girls can apply for two-year grants of up to £100,000. The funding is available to build their resilience through capacity building, peer support and networking. Priority is given to applications from BME organisations focusing on ending violence against women and girls; women’s community organisations; and Specialist community organisations (e.g. disability rights groups providing services aimed at ending violence against women and girls. The funding is being made through the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Grassroots Fund. A total of £3 million is available. The closing date for applications is the 11th January 2021.
