Tesco Bags of Help has set up a new fund to support communities in need during the COVID crisis. Organisations that provide services to vulnerable groups can apply for a grant of £500 to support their emergency response. Typically, the fund will support organisations that have experienced increased demand, disrupted services or those that are running new services. Applications are invited from a range of organisations including voluntary organisations, registered charities, schools, health bodies, Parish/Town councils, social enterprises, CICs, community councils, local authorities and housing organisations. It has been created through the merger of the Community and Voluntary Sector Association Hammersmith & Fulham (CaVSA) and the Fulham Community Partnership Trust (FCPT).
