Course Content
This qualification combines both theoretical elements and practical application. It aims to increase awareness of mental health. Including, what it is, how common mental ill-health is and how to reduce stigma and discrimination. As well as, equipping you with the basic skills to respond appropriately when others are experiencing a mental health crisis.
