To build on the momentum of our ‘Ready Steady Connect’ mentoring Programme, we’re seeking employers who can host a group mentoring session at their workplaces. These sessions will provide valuable exposure for up to 30 students aged 15-18, offering insights into different careers in your industry and entry routes available, such as apprenticeships.
What is Ready Steady Connect? It is part of the Mayor of London’s ‘New Deal for Young People’ initiative, Ready, Steady, CONNECT! is a new and exciting mentoring and personal development programme in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. This programme will be delivered by Spark! and in partnership with 2-3 Degrees and Young Hammersmith & Fulham.
Companies like Accenture, GSK, Chelsea Football Club, and Met Police are already confirmed hosts, and we’re hopeful to attract interest from the hospitality and engineering sectors as well, but not necessarily!
