We are officially inviting You to the Launch of the Westminster Works project & Your customers to the Jobs Fair on Monday 10th October at the Thistle Marble Arch, Bryanston Street London W1H 7EH. We have established a partnership with Westminster City Council to deliver employment support across the Hospitality and Leisure Sectors.
All employers joining the Westminster Works programme sign a pledge guaranteeing pay levels of at least the London Living Wage (and often above), flexibility in working patterns and practices, progression routes and support, and respect. All of their jobs (currently circa 200, but with a total of over 2,000 jobs over the next 2 years) are reserved to candidates coming through Step Ahead.

The event is split into 2 parts. The first part is the official launch for council members, employers and referral organisations.
We would like to invite You to the formal launch which will take place from 10am to 11am to see the benefits of the programme for your customers.

Second part is for customers. It is a jobs fair with fun activities related to tasks in the sector & amazing job opportunities.
From 11 o’clock, at least 25 employers with live vacancies will be offering different opportunities including insight days and interviews/job offers on the day of the event. The employers are open to all candidates with
- limited job experience,
- language skills, and
- job sharing and flexible working schemes to help support parents.
