Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham (CAHF), part of the national Citizens Advice network, is a thriving local advice organisation that provides information, advice and casework support to 18,000 local people per year. We are recruiting for:
The Operational Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of CAHF’s assessment, advice, and project services. This role requires strong line management skills, particularly in a customer-focused environment. Experience in an advice-giving charity is beneficial but not essential.
The Insights and Engagement Manager will engage with CAHF stakeholders, policy makers and commissioners to build partnerships, use data to share insights and develop new services, and share our evidence and impact across a variety of media outlets. The role will utilise our evidence base and insights to work with policymakers to influence policy change and increase our impact in society.
The Support Services Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of CAHF’s back-oce support functions, providing high quality administrative support to the organisation.
