Join us for an insightful talk on pension credit by Anne McMahon, Adviser at Citizens Advice on Wednesday the 4th of September. Lunch will start at 1:00 pm at Rosaline Hall (70 Rosaline Rd, SW6 7QT) and the talk will begin at 2:00 pm.

In collaboration with Citizens Advice Fulham, we are hosting an informative talk focused on Pension Credit, a vital financial support for older adults. This event aims to raise awareness about the eligibility criteria and benefits of Pension Credit, which is often underclaimed by those who are entitled to it.

By bringing together the expertise of Citizens Advice and the Fulham Good Neighbors community outreach, the talk will provide practical guidance on applying for this benefit, answer questions, and offer personalised advice to attendees.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure that residents receive the financial support they need in retirement, helping to reduce financial stress and improve the quality of life for older adults in the Fulham area.

Our friends at Yellow Panda & Co. will pair an informative afternoon with a delicious meal. Contact us if you would like to join on 020 7385 8850.

TopUp Education LTD is a small local tuition company in LBHF founded and run by two working qualified teachers.  We, Zainab and Michelle, run affordable and accessible Saturday morning supplementary classes for ages 7-16, in English and Maths, at Fulham Boys School. Our focus is offering lessons to disadvantaged students across LBHF and triborough.  We passionately believe that education is the key to social mobility and that all students, with the right support and guidance, can achieve academic success.

All our lessons are planned and delivered by qualified teachers and mapped to the National Curriculum. We make sure that everyone who supports us at TopUp Education is equally passionate about education and we all care and work incredibly hard to deliver great lessons for all our students. We work on developing our student’s confidence and resilience and we aim to build independent learners who develop a self-belief in their own academic ability. TopUp have a wealth of parent testimonials, which prove that students who attend classes make outstanding progress, with a 100% success rate at improving GCSE grades. We want to reach as many students as possible and improve the lives and education of young people.

We would welcome opportunities to discuss TopUp Education with any potential sponsors or local companies who would be willing to help us achieve our aim of securing academic success for all children irrespective of social class, gender, race, or learning need.

We also offer volunteering opportunities for young people and adults who would like to support young people. All staff who volunteer with us need a current enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for a check.
