In collaboration with Hammersmith and Fulham Council and health care sector, Sobus is one of several organisations involved in co-producing the “Building Trust” initiative in Hammersmith and Fulham.
As a consequence of covid-19, from the dialogue with residents, it was noted that particular groups of residents in Hammersmith and Fulham shared concerns of their lived experiences of inequalities in health and care systems.
The Building Trust Project is seeking to create a shared understanding of the difficulties and realities of disempowered communities through initially hosting a number of Listening Events throughout the borough. The aim is to conduct a range of Listening Events with different communities from wide demographics. The initial Listening Events will be with residents from the African and African-Caribbean communities.
Sobus will be hosting the Listening Event on Tuesday 25th July 2023 between 1:30pm – 4pm.
