Job purpose:
To be responsible as part of a team the provision of an Information and Advice service for the older people of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
Duties:
To deliver information and advice to older people and their families or carers, by:
receiving and responding to individual enquiries made by telephone or in person.
researching, if necessary, to find information to meet the client’s need.
providing an appropriate verbal or written response to the enquiry, including information on to other relevant agencies.
undertake casework on client’s behalf
