£3 million in funding is available to help Deaf and Disabled people’s organisations (DDPOs) across London to advocate for the lasting system change needed to achieve a
fair and socially just society. The funding aims to help support organisations to engage in campaigning, policy, advocacy and generally mobilise for change by making them more effective, powerful, inclusive, influential, and more sustainable. This could include a variety of work such as activities that engage young people, campaigns and policy advocacy work, and activism and engagement of historically excluded and marginalised groups. The funding is made available by the Trust for London, in partnership with City Bridge Trust, through the Disability Justice Fund which closes to applications on the 3rd October 2022.
