Effective Fundraising Strategy

You can have piles of good ideas for how to raise funds for your organisation.

But to be really successful, you need to have a well thought out, coherent fundraising strategy in place to tie them all together.

This course, for those with some experience, will teach you all you need to know about how to plan, manage and maximise resources with a clear strategy.

You’ll come away knowing which sources to look at for money, and where your organisation should go next with fundraising.

What will it cover?

  • The reality of fundraising in the UK – statistics, facts and figures
  • How to motivate your donors and maximise donations to your cause
  • Basic fundraising techniques and useful tools to raise money from individual donors, major donors, corporate support, trusts and foundations
  • Making an appeal: how to present it to funders and communicate effectively
  • Case studies – what do others do better and how can we learn from others’ mistakes and successes?

Charity Digital Conference: Time for Action

Tuesday 25 June 2019, London

How many years? How many conferences? How many more 20 somethings in tortoiseshell glasses will stand up to tell you how you’re doing your job wrong?

So that you can start taking action, we’ll tell you how it is and grapple with the challenges. We’ll talk: finding the cash, digital on a budget, learning from digital disasters, understanding the risks and separating facts from fear-mongering.

Action is what this event is about.
