What does the course cover?

Over 8 modules, you’ll learn everything you need to know about starting a Legacy Programme appropriate for your organisation.

We will explain the unique characteristics and benefits of Legacy Fundraising, look at who your prospects might be and how you’ll communicate with them, and take you through the best practice and legislation you need to be aware of.

With voiceovers guiding you along the way and downloadable exercises and resources, you’ll be in a strong position to make the most of this important fundraising stream.

Key4Life’s 18+ programme in White City Estate

Founded in 2011, Key4Life is a youth rehabilitation programme working with young men, aged 18-30 years old in prison or at risk of going to prison to reduce re-offending and support participants into sustainable and meaningful employment. Key4Life offers two programmes, following the same model,
detailed below:

  1. A 6-month preventative community-based programme, with at-risk young males who are NEET, to divert them away from offending and onto a positive path to employment.
  2. A 12-month ‘through the gate’ programme to participants

Made of Money is an award winning project that helps people on low income talk about money and its impact on their lives. It is designed to improve people’s confidence, communication and control around money through interactive activities, discussions and resources.

We offer hands-on training to help you use our resources with your clients or local community. In this engaging training; you will learn from experienced facilitators on the best way to deliver financial education workshops and one-to-ones.

This is NOT a training for you to become a money/debt adviser. The training will give you the tools and skills to start conversations about money and ways to support your beneficiaries through specialist referrals.

The Grove Neighbourhood Centre Spring Fete Saturday 6th April 2019

Spring Fete 2019

Get Ready for the Spring Fete being held on Saturday 6th April 2019 1-3pm.

Please keep your diaries free.

If you have any unwanted new gifts, bric a brac or good condition unwanted clothes, can you please donate them to the Centre by Thursday 28th March so we can process them in time for the Fete.

We will be having our usual spectrum of delightful stalls Jewellery, Clothing, Tombola,Gifts, Home Bake, Books, Plants, Bric a Brac. Hot Food will be served.

So please pop into the Centre nearer the time to get your raffle tickets, a strip of 5 tickets only cost £1, it would be crazy not to have a go.
