The role will consist of making calls to our service users and other volunteers to monitor how placements are going and ensure we are always providing high quality services and volunteer support. Volunteers would be able to carry this out whilst working from home, provided they have access to a computer or laptop.

Makerble is an organisational tool and case management system that looks like Facebook. With it you can create external referral forms, manage waiting lists, organise sessions, track attendance and report outcomes. Charities and Groups that use Makerble find that their ability to attract funding increases because it is now so easy for them to prove their impact, whether that’s case studies, statistics or survey results. It only takes an hour to set Makerble up for your organisation and once it’s live, the interface is user-friendly, intuitive and familiar. Customer Service is free

We understand that your first spending priority will always be your beneficiaries. As a small organisation you might be eligible to use Makerble for free. Book a free demo at https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/mk11

We all know that as Christmas approaches, there are always last minute meetings, Christmas events and get-togethers to be hastily booked and paid for, so that everything gets done in time for you to actually relax and enjoy the holidays!

Here’s where Sobus can help

Have you ever thought of combining your meetings and Christmas events in one venue? Think of the time and money saved!

For example, if you book a full day in one of our large rooms, part of this could be for your meeting and part spent enjoying a Christmas lunch, mince pies, mulled wine, networking and socialising – We can even set up a bar for you!

Or perhaps you just want a Christmassy feel to your meeting?

Either way, please do get in touch and let us know how we can facilitate your requirements; Carita.magnani@sobus.org.uk / 07885910584

We are looking, along with our partners Community Fibre, for Digital Ambassadors in H&F.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who want to learn new skills and get involved in delivering to residents in Hammersmith & Fulham. It would be useful for anyone who want to add to their c.v. or gain new experience.

Full training will be given and a couple of hours a month commitment is required. The offer is open to anyone working or living in H&F. For further information, please click here.

My Practice, My Health is a project for adults (18+) living in or who have GP Surgeries in Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.
