New Philanthropy Capital is making funding available to charities and other not-for-profit organisations working to support disadvantaged and underrepresented groups in the UK who are facing financial hardship. The Open Philanthropy Fund – Tackling Financial Hardship Funds will award funding via two streams to support groups including asylum seekers, young people, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, those with experience of domestic violence, single parent households, women and girls, and people with disabilities. Panel A’s Fund offers grants of up to £15,000 to organisations with a turnover of less than £100,000, and Panel B’s Fund offers grants of up to £25,000 to organisations with a turnover of less than £200,000.
