Join Carers Network to be part of our Carers Hub providing unpaid adult carers in Hammersmith and Fulham with individual support plans tailored to their needs, as well as developing relationships with partner organisations to raise awareness of carers’ rights and needs. You will be an experienced leader willing to manage a small team, a very organized individual, great at administration and have excellent IT skills.
- Salary: £31,000 pa
- Hours: 37.5 per week, to include some unsocial hours as required to meet the needs of carers
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing by a day for each year of service up to 29 days.
