Carers Network has organised 3 separate online event for carers from the City of Westminster, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea during Carers Week (07-13 June).

Due to the pandemic, many people have heard terms like ‘power of attorney’ and ‘do not resuscitate’ for the first time.

At these events Carers Network will provide more information and talk about the specialist support their End of Life Carers Project offers to people looking after a family member or friends towards the end of their life.

They are encouraging residents anxious about how best to look after elderly loved ones at home to come along to this event and find out how they can be supported by the project.

Professional colleagues are very welcome to join to find out more about the project and how Carers Network can support local carers.

  1. The event for Westminster carers will be hosted on Tuesday 8 June from 6pm-7:30pm.
