Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Forum

The Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Forum led by Sobus is a partnership-driven network that brings together voluntary and community organisations, NHS and health services, local authority teams, carers, and lived-experience groups working across the borough. It provides a regular, accessible space for partners to share updates, coordinate services, and highlight emerging needs affecting local people’s mental wellbeing.

The Forum’s purpose is to promote joined-up support, reduce duplication, and improve pathways into care by fostering collaboration, developing shared priorities, and producing practical responses to local challenges. Activities include information sharing, stakeholder briefings, joint service planning, and opportunities for people with lived experience to influence local strategy and commissioning.

The Forum also acts as an advocacy and intelligence hub: it gathers frontline insight about gaps and trends in mental health, uses that evidence to inform local policy and commissioning, and supports community-led initiatives that improve access to support and reduce stigma.
