Invitation to 5th Annual Community and Maternity Champions Conference

The 5th Annual Community and Maternity Champions conference is being held on Thursday 23rd November from 9.30am – 2.30pm at Hammersmith Town Hall, and we would be delighted if you can join us.

Our Champions Programme is flourishing, with 15 Community Champions projects now running across the three boroughs, and three new Maternity Champions projects just starting up.  We have so many great stories, and positive outcomes, and I have attached the 2016/17 highlight reports for our three boroughs that give an overview of our achievements in the last year.
