The Wild Mind Project is a non-profit Community Interest Company that was founded in 2019. Through a collaborative approach to mental health, we support young people, their parents/carers and communities, to thrive through nature-focused interventions and creative therapy. We support young people aged 13-25, who are vulnerable to or living with mental ill-health, and we also support their parents and carers.

Our workshops provide a safe and creative environment to build supportive networks of people like you, that know how necessary it is to take the time to look after yourself. We offer experienced therapeutic support in helping you to cope through mindfulness, reconnecting with nature and art based activities.
