Accountable Care Partnership (ACP) also known as Accountable Care Organisation (ACO) is going to be an important way for health and wellbeing providers to work together to commission and deliver services locally.
Sobus is surveying the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) to find out the level of knowledge and understanding of ACP / ACO. This survey will inform the work that Sobus will be doing in the new year with the VCS to enable the VCS to better engage and deliver funded services in partnership with H&F ACP / ACO.
