The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the voluntary and charitable sector and social enterprise models with a focus on services for young people. In addition, the successful candidate will have a track record of successfully leading change, developing effective partnerships across the sector and an innovative approach to funding models. The post will have an annual leave entitlement of 25 days per annum and be eligible to join the Paddington Development Trust Cycle to Work Scheme.
