Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week – 18 month fixed term contract
Salary: £22,400 (£28k pro rata)
Relate London SW is a member of the country’s largest provider of relationship support. Relate nationally reaches over a million people every year, and works directly with people of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations to support them with their relationships. Relate provides relationship counselling for couples, individuals, children and young people, families and provides sex therapy and education and learning services to help people at all stages of life.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fulfil this new role of Service Manager within our organisation, initially for an interim period of 18 months. This is an exciting and challenging time to be joining us as we grow our organisation to meet the demands of our expanded area of operation. We are seeking a confident and dynamic manager with staff management experience, excellent customer focus and attention to detail. We currently deliver counselling services in 7 locations across SW London including our main offices in Kingston and Richmond and at locations in Isleworth, Barnes, Earl’s Court, Chiswick and Ladbroke Grove and from June will be adding Fulham and Wandsworth.
The post carries responsibility for line management of a team of 5 part-time administrators and non-clinical line management of 30 counsellors.
The position will work across our two offices in Richmond and Kingston with some travel to other locations as necessary to fulfil the duties of the role.
This position is offered initially as a part-time (28 hrs pw) interim position for 18 months.
