Charity Technology Conference 2019

The Charity Technology Conference has been developed to inspire and offer practical solutions to your charity’s technological needs.
The conference is accredited by the CPD Standards Office and this activity equates to 5 hours of CPD. Delegates will be provided with a certificate of attendance, which should be kept within your CPD record, and can be used as evidence in a CPD audit by a professional institute or regulator.

Book today for an inspiring day of learning. With 20 sessions to choose from, covering a variety of functions, our aim is that you will return to your organisation with plenty of ideas and solutions to put into practice.

Tickets to the conference give you the flexibility to select sessions from across four conference streams.

This means that you can tailor the sessions that you or your team attend on the day to ensure your charity’s needs are addressed.

Attend this year’s conference to:

  • Learn how NSPCC are creating a digital culture
  • Hear from Cancer Research UK on how to be an early adopter of new technology
  • Find out what the first one hundred days in post were like for British Heart Foundation’s Chief Technology Officer
  • Discuss ethical technology and how to ensure the tech you use doesn’t have unintended consequences

Mental Health Conference 2019

Govconnect was formed in 2015 by a team of passionate people with one focus in mind – assisting the wide range of organisations challenged with delivering the NHS 5 year forward view strategy and all other associated healthcare policy.

Our work centres on Dementia, Mental Health, Early Years and Population Health.

Govconnects 3rd annual Mental Health conference and 12 month engagement period will continue its contribution to increase significantly the availability and quality of care and treatment for people with mental health problems – to improve their outcomes and wellbeing but also to tackle the wider costs of mental ill health to the health service and society as a whole.

Mental Health 2019 – Achieving the Five Year Forward View, 26th of September 2019 – will give attendees the opportunity to engage with key personnel from delivery partners and national stakeholder organisations promoting collaboration across sectors, working together at national and local level, discussing how they will be held to account for meeting the timeframes and for using the funding in the most effective way.
