work will be varied, ranging from liaising with our landlord to managing our website and social media profile,
requiring significant adaptability and responsibility.
You will provide essential administrative support that the team will rely on to enable us to focus on the
challenging task of implementing our innovative model of support for children and young people in West
London. The ideal candidate will genuinely love organisation and get a buzz from achieving organisational
efficiency.
You will thrive in a small team environment with strong communication skills and an agreeable manner. You
will also share the team’s passion for changing the way disadvantaged children and young people are

Hammersmith & Fulham Mind (HFM) is an independent mental health provider working with people living in the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond for over 25 years.
We are now in a position to recruit a social prescription lead for Hammersmith and Fulham Mind. This new role is on the cutting edge of mental health and involves working closely with local GPs to develop and deliver a social prescription service over a 15 month pilot period. We need someone that can provide top quality work with individuals, but is also inspired by a vision for social prescription which could see it play a huge role in primary healthcare in the future. Advance is a leading light in domestic violence and women offender services in West London.
We have an excellent reputation and are set for significant growth over the next year. We are taking over the running of services across the spectrum of Violence against Women and Girls in three London boroughs, heading up nine organisations, having just won the government contract for this work. We are also gearing up to expand the geographical reach of our work with women offenders, described as “the gold standard” by the local police force. So, this is a genuinely exciting and challenging time to join a fresh team of managers and make a real difference to these vital services.
We are seeking a Fundraising Intern with good writing skills and an interest in our services to join us at our Hammersmith offices. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn, and be able to aid the Fundraising team in producing funding bids, work on improving donor relations, and carry out fundraising event planning duties.
- You need to be able to commit to a 3-6 month, 3 day a week internship to gain the maximum from this
placement - You will receive a full induction, shadow senior managers and get ongoing training and support from
experienced fundraisers within the team. You will also work alongside the CEO, an experienced fundraiser - You will learn budgeting, research skills and will help us shape the future of the organisation. You will also be
involved in strategic meetings and given opportunities to learn about the sector as part of your work in a

The Substance Misuse IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process specialising in working with clients for whom substance abuse is a factor. The post holder will have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse and substance misuse sectors. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, the post holder will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence, of supporting women involved in substance misuse services, and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.

Outline of Role: Paladin National Stalking Advocacy Service CIC employs a number of Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworks (ISACs) who offer support for high risk victims who have been the subject of stalking, support them through the criminal justice system and offer relevant advice and advocacy. The ISAC will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective trauma informed response to victims of stalking across England and Wales. This will include assessing an individual’s needs based on the risk at that time and ensuring that the victim’s voice is heard locally and at appropriate multi-agency or professional meetings.
The role will also include working with professionals and local agencies to ensure a coordinated response is in place and all relevant agencies work together effectively.

Details: Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre was established in 1979 and has worked on the front line of advice needs for 36 years. We are rooted in our community, have an in-depth understanding of local needs and issues and prioritise helping those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged. We are well connected to other advice agencies and community groups and provide second tier advice to other agencies.
H&F Law Centre has legal aid contracts in housing, immigration and asylum and provides free legal advice and representation to those who are eligible under the scheme. We also run the duty possession desk on Mondays and Wednesdays at the County Court in Hammersmith.
In order to support our busy reception and caseworkers, H&F Law Centre is recruiting Reception and Triage Volunteers able to commit on a part-time basis of at least one day per week.
