Due to popular demand our free digital marketing workshops have returned! With the Covid-19 national lockdown requiring many businesses to close, Hammersmith & Fulham Council is helping local businesses to boost their online presence asas the nation emerges from the latest Covid-19 lockdown. The virtual workshops will be delivered by Samer Bata from the Knowledge Acedemy to give business owners the essential digital skills they need to promote their business online.

Who can attend?

The training is open to all businesses in H&F and local residents looking to start a new business.

What will I learn in the workshops?

The workshops will focus on –

Building simple and effective marketing strategies
Mobile marketing platforms
Social Media
Email Marketing
Search Engine Marketing
When will the workshops begin?

There are five separate course dates to choose from with each course consisting of two sessions (each session lasts three hours and will take place via Zoom). Each course is open to 30 people. The time and dates are:

Course 1 : 26 and 27 April 2021, 6pm to 9pm

Course 2 : 3 and 4 May 2021 , 6pm to 9pm

Course 3: 10 and 11 May 2021, 6pm to 9pm

Course 4 : 17 and 18 May 2021, 6pm to 9pm

Course 5 : 24 and 25 May 2021, 6pm to 9pm

Campaigning is about improving the world around you. Combining passion and energy with strategic thinking and focus, you can create effective campaigns that make great strides towards achieving your charitable aims. This one-day course aims to introduce key strategy decisions that are essential for planning successful campaigns.

Who should attend?

The course is aimed at those who have responsibility for developing campaign strategies and plans within their organisation.

Whether you’re new to campaigning or looking to refresh your thinking and create a bigger impact, this course will help you combine your passion with strategic thinking to plan and deliver more successful campaigns

This years HF ArtsFest will take place from 3rd-11th June 2017 and promises to bring a range of events across the Borough to demonstrate the best of the arts scene and upcoming talent we have. Every year we rely on volunteers like you to help ensure that the festival runs smoothly and that as many people from the area and the wider London community have an opportunity to enjoy the Festival.

The volunteer briefing is a chance to come and hear a bit more about the Festival and sign up to volunteer for it. In exchange for a minimum commitment of 2 days, you will receive a full run down of all events, an exclusive HF ArtsFest T-shirt and you’ll be able to experience a large number of events taking place over the 9 days of the Festival.

This is the second of a series of practical workshops from One Westminster to address community groups needs in Westminster.

Volunteering brings a huge range of benefits to everyone involved but sometimes finding the right volunteers for the opportunities that exist can be challenging.
This workshop has been designed to help you get the most of your volunteering programmes.

People living in Hammersmith and Fulham now have the opportunity to find out more about dementia, thanks to a free awareness workshop.
The local award winning provider of personal care in the home, Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham, is hosting the event as part of national Dementia Awareness Week in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Society.

The free awareness workshop will be held at Fulham Library on Monday 15th May at 1pm. Lunch will be provided.
