Hammersmith & Fulham’s main grants programme is called the 3rd Sector Investment Fund (3SIF). It provides 3+ year funding for local groups and services, which contribute to delivering the council’s key priorities and outcomes.
The 3SIF budget is approximately £3.2m a year, and includes funds for the borough’s small grants scheme.

3SIF Funding Programme
The new Third Sector Investment grants has been launched for grants from April 2025. This is the main grants programme from LB Hammersmith & Fulham for voluntary and community sector organisations who support borough residents.

3SIF Co-Production meetings:
In 2022, Hammersmith & Fulham council invited the local voluntary and community sector to help shape and inform a 3SIF Strategy. The council wishes to co-produce how 3SIF is applied for, allocated and managed.
1st meeting 21st March 2022:

2nd meeting 7th April 2022
: In April, Sobus held a separate VCS CEO forum to offer further opportunities for local VCS organisations to come together to discuss 3SIF. Notes from that meeting can be found here:
