As you are already aware, we are seeking to improve our patients’ experience of patient transport across North West London. Following on from last year’s workshop we are holding another event for patients and service users to discuss how they will be assessed for patient transport services across North West London in the future.
We are inviting patient transport service users to join us on Thursday 29 June, 10.30am – 1.30pm at St Paul’s Centre, Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JP.

We will cover travel costs, or if you require patient transport due to your medical access needs this can be arranged for you.

London Spark would like to invite you to our workshop, Meet your Polish Neighbours https://www.facebook.com/meetyourpolishneighbours/. The project was funded by London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and the next event will be held on 29th of March at 6 pm at the Polish Centre (POSK). We will re-create some folk traditions and also trace national patterns in cosmopolitan art, from the hut in Lipniki to the halls of the most luxurious palaces. There will be delicious food prepared by our host and occasion to sing in Polish together.
The London Sustainability Exchange supported by Players of the People’s Postcode Lottery are starting a new project in Wandsworth designing and planting stepping stones for flying pollinators. During the initial phase of the project we are calling for anyone interested to attend a workshop to help design the plant kits that will be distributed to participating households in May.
