Agenda

Everyone has mental health and when you don’t have good mental health, it can have a real impact on everything you do.

North West London Collaboration of CCGs, in associate with Making Every Contact Count and MIND have worked to create a free one day mental health training course which will be provided by Lloyd Park House. This course is catered to staff who work in North West London and come into daily contact with the public. Taking this course will help give staff the knowledge and confidence to start conversations around mental health allowing them to better direct people to advice and support, from e-learning materials to support groups.

I am delighted to attached the flyer for this course.

We held the celebration of our rich cultural diversity last year following a rise in the number of race hate incidents in London. We feel it’s just as poignant this year after the recent terrorist attacks in London and Manchester. Please join us and help us pay tribute to all those who help make H&F such a wonderful place – from our international friends to those who have lived here all their lives.

The day will begin with a March for Unity from Shepherds Bush Green to Ravenscourt Park in Hammersmith. We’ll be leaving at 11am and if you get there early you’ll be able to pick up a placard before setting off. The celebration rally at Ravenscourt Park will begin at 12pm where there’ll be speeches, live music and other acts, as well as food from around the world.
