Are you a charitable organisation in need of skills to help you do your work better? Link UP London provides access to bespoke Skilled Support for charities, social enterprises and community groups for free!

Our Skilled Volunteering projects are short-term, structured and designed to make a difference.  All of our volunteers have industry specific knowledge and are keen to help in areas such as communications, marketing, IT, human resources, finance, graphic design, legal, strategy, photography, data, research, and much more …

We know that many small organisations have big visions for their communities but with limited resources in-house it can be difficult to turn these dreams into a reality.  We aim to get you the skills you need when you need them most.

Hammersmith & Fulham council provide a wide range of services online. The council is inviting residents and the organisations which support them to help them develop their digital offer to make sure that for those who can access services online, the council’s website and digital offer is as accessible and user friendly as possible.

To better understand what the barriers are for local residents in accessing online services and information, the council is organising a Digital Open Day on 27th September. At this event, visitors can help see what work has been done so far, and more importantly, help to identify any difficulties or problems that residents face in accessing digital services.

There is space avaialble at the event for local VCS organisations who provide a “digital offer” to residents – this might include IT skills training, a service to support residents access online services, or perhaps your organisation has an IT cafe for reisdents to use. If you are interested in having a stall at the event, please contact David Isaacs at LBHF (contact info is in the this flyer).

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
