Goodgym Hammersmtih & Fulham runners meet every Tuesday evening to run together to a local good cause and lend a helping hand.  We have been painting school rooms, tidying community gardens, sorting clothing donations and litter picking in Hammersmith & Fulham for three and a half years now.  We are always on the look out for more Tuesday evening tasks for us to take on – and with our volunteer numbers exponentially growing we are now often carrying out two tasks in an evening.  If you have a task there are two dozen GoodGym volunteers ready to help in the borough.

To request a task, please email bethn@goodgym.org (our coordinator and run leader for Hammersmith and Fulham Goodgym).

The well-known saying ‘it’s tough at the top’ rings true for charity chief executives whose organisations face financial deficits, low morale and overstretched services. The CEOs responsible for giving a new lease of life to The Brain CharitySt John’s Hospice and Autism Together offer their top tips for getting the job done effectively

Would you like to incorporate boxing training in to your group or community activities? We recently opened our boxing studio in Fulham with a mission to get more people active! As well as an ambition to grow our boxing business, we’re passionate about bringing the benefits of sport and physical activity to more people that wouldn’t normally have access to quality training, both children and adults – going a little way to help reduce the inequalities in sport and exercise that persist today.

If you are a charity, community group, local school or social enterprise and would like to know more about our free boxing training, we’d love to have a chat. Please email Charlotte on charlotte@thesquareboxing.co.uk if you are interested.

We are also launching a crowdfunding campaign to help support this if you would like to help support by sharing and also to find out more about us – you can see the preview page here
