Do you believe that people should be at the heart of the way our health and care system is designed and delivered?

At Healthwatch Central West London we have three local committees that represent the boroughs we work in:

– Hammersmith & Fulham

– Kensington & Chelsea

– Westminster

The local committees are a key aspect of our governance structure and ensure that Healthwatch represents the views and experience of local people.

They provide the link between local people and community members with the board, as well as a way of ensuring that Healthwatch is responsive to local issues and that our work plan is co-produced.

This year the date for our Annual Meeting is Monday 15th July 2019.

We currently have vacancies on each of our Local Committees.

We therefore need to conduct a process to fill spaces on each Local Committee.

If you are interested in joining one of our Local Committees, please read the accompanying documents to get more information about the role and whether you are eligible to stand.

To put yourself forward for election, please complete the application form and include a brief statement of your skills and experience (no more than 300 words) and return it to Alex Weston by 2nd July 2019.

If we receive more nominations than the places currently available, we will hold an election.

For more information on what local committees do, what their roles and responsibilities are, who can apply, and more, read our Information for Local Committees.

If you need any help while completeting your application, or would like further information, please email alex.weston@heatlthwatchcentralwestlondon.org
