The deadline for the Pre-Summer Grant Questionnaire is on Monday 29th March 2021 at 5pm.
You are invited to complete this if you intend on running funded activities during the summer in Hammersmith and Fulham, as this questionnaire is the first step in the funding process.

If you are not currently providing holiday activities in the Borough, but would like to ,
