POPS is an initiative to get the voluntary sector in Hammersmith and Fulham working in collaboration with older people’s issues.
Aims of the forum:
- To develop a shared understanding of older people’s issues and use it to influence and shape local strategy and policy
- To work together to increase provider’s capacity and effectiveness in responding to the needs of older people to raise awareness and the profile of older people’s issues across the Borough.
