Your role will include:

  • Managing monthly accounts and keeping client records up to date
  • Compiling creative/wellbeing content for our monthly e-newsletter using MailChimp
  • Assisting with social media, marketing content, and website updates
  • Supporting the writing and sourcing of funding bids
  • Attending in-person and online meetings 
  • Representing WILDE at events and with partner organisations

You should have:

  • Strong admin and communication skills
  • Confidence with writing, emails, and digital tools (social media, newsletters)
  • Passion for empowering communities and inclusive storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Bonus if you have:

Experience in a charity or community arts setting
Knowledge of funding/grant applications
Creative tools experience (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp)

About the organisation: We specialise in creative writing programs that empower and support survivors of domestic violence and women facing isolation, loneliness, or depression. Through storytelling, we foster healing, self-expression, and resilience, offering a safe space where creativity becomes a pathway to recovery and growth. Our unique focus combines creativity with advocacy, attracting those passionate about using words as a tool for change.

You’ll help amplify underrepresented voices, build our brand, grow our audience, and bring our creative and community work to life across social media, newsletters, PR, and events.

You’ll need:

  • Great writing & digital content skills

Responsibilities:

Content creation:

  • Capture and develop compelling content for marketing materials, including social media posts, website copy, blog posts, newsletters and other promotional materials
  • Maintain websites, create graphic designs and videos to create multimedia content that showcases TWF projects, successes and impact
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
  • Manage and maintain TWF websites
  • Develop Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise awareness of TWF and its services
  • Collaborate with TWF Team to identify key messages and target audiences for each campaign
  • Utilise various channels, including social media, email marketing, newsletters and traditional advertising to reach and engage with the community.
  • Events & Projects promotion
  • Support the planning and promotion of events and projects
  • Develop event marketing materials, including invitations, posters and social media graphics
  • Coordinate with event organisers to maximise attendance and engagement
