Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Coordination: Work closely with the CWB Director and Agbero Programme Manager to coordinate learning and training activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of Agbero2100 in London.
  • Event & Training Management: Oversee logistics for events, webinars, and training, ensuring all necessary materials, equipment, and setups are in place.
  • Administrative Support: Establish and manage systems to ensure effective programme delivery, including maintaining accurate documentation and managing stakeholder data.
  • Impact Reporting: Gather and analyze data to report on the programme’s success, ensuring timely evaluation of each event and activity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, coordinating meetings and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Financial Management: Track payments for training providers and ensure that all financial documentation is up to date.
  • Compliance and Inclusivity: Adhere to Ubele’s health, safety, and safeguarding policies, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Co-production is about a new way of doing things together and building a new partnership between statutory services, residents and the voluntary sector.  It’s an exciting time in Hammersmith & Fulham, as coproduction is becoming the driving force for how decisions are made and services are developed.

At Sobus, we want to ensure the VCS are fully and meaningfully engaged in coproduction opportunities.  We want to develop coproduction activities with statutory organisations, which enable and empower the voice of the VCS, and to build the skills and capacity of VCS orgs to coproduce their own services with local residents.

Highly motivated, positive & keen to learn new skills, Administrator required for a small West London Children’s charity, offering free counselling and therapy to children and families.

The candidate will be challenged by a demanding workload, undertaking and managing financial & administrative tasks supporting all areas of the charity, which need to be done with friendliness and patience.

You will need:

  • a sympathetic approach to vulnerable groups and a commitment to the aims of the charity
  • Excellent & proven secretarial / IT skills
  • To be highly numerate and comfortable with financial procedures
  • To manage and prioritise a varied workload supporting all aspects of the charity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Warm and friendly attitude as a first point of contact with clients
  • To be willing to undergo training to enable completion of some of the tasks.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and confident to engage and support conversations around matters that are important to carers and to raise awareness of carers’ issues and rights with other professionals. Our team is currently working on hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home and our offices near Queen’s Park tube station.
