To help raise awareness of a digital engagement insight survey that is being launched by NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and NHS Healthy London Partnerships.
The CCG’s commission healthcare across the following Boroughs:
- Brent
- Ealing
- Harrow
- Hammersmith & Fulham
- Hillingdon
- Hounslow
- Kensington & Chelsea
- Westminster
The purpose of the survey is to help NWL CCGs and health and care partners understand, plan and deliver better digital health services to our communities.
Key areas of insight will include:
- The online health services people value most, what would motivate them to use them, and what tools and services are most beneficial to which population groups;
- What populations want from digital services;
- How different population groups would like to interact with digital services; and
- How best we can create and sustain demand through understanding the behavior of different population groups.
