Our upcoming online training course, How to Recruit and Retain a Diverse Board, has been designed to guide you through solutions to the common challenges involved in incorporating under-represented groups into your board.
Taking place online on Tuesday 18 June, the course will be led by governance consultant Claris D’cruz who has 25 years of experience as a charity lawyer and is an EDI lead director on a board which is exceeding its (and its funder’s) EDI goals on board diversity.
