We recently published the findings of research we commissioned to investigate the public’s experience and expectations of charitable fundraising. The aim of this research, from strategic insight agency Opinium, was to help build on our understanding in this area to inform our regulation and to add to our evidence base to help promote best practice to fundraisers.
