The Stef & Philips Foundation is offering grants to individuals and families residing in temporary and emergency accommodation in London, including single-parent households and care leavers transitioning to independent living. Grants are available for essential home or family items, training and education, recreational trips for children, and community initiatives that foster social inclusion and well-being. Two grant types are provided by the Foundation. Grants of up to £2,000 are available for community organisations supporting individuals. Outreach/social/care workers or legal professionals can also apply for grants of up to £200 on behalf of individuals. The closing date for applications is the 31st March 2024.
