Community led organisations can apply for grants of up to £25,000 to highlight the achievements of Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, women, LGBTQ+ communities and disabled people in public spaces. This can include murals, artworks, plaques, benches, memorials, gardens, play areas, etc. The funding is being made available through the second round of the Mayor of Untold Stories grant programme. A total of £490,000 is available during this funding round and the closing date for applications is 4pm on the 5th October 2022. Sobus is a new Community Development Agency for Hammersmith & Fulham. It has been created through the merger of the Community and Voluntary Sector Association Hammersmith & Fulham (CaVSA) and the Fulham Community Partnership Trust (FCPT).
