We will offer two sessions on Self-Care in collaboration with two great organisations, SASH and Edge Theatre Company. Working in partnership is at the center of what we do. They are going to be two amazing activities. Please join!

Tuesday 20th July Interactive workshop on positive self-talk coping with loneliness, pleasure blocks and how to overcome them.  (SASH London)

Tuesday 27th July Drama and creative writing based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. (Outside Edge Theatre Company)
